The
Wolf is at the door again. The ACLU is still trying to convince us that
they, and only they, are the defenders of our Civil Rights. The ACLU is
the product of a malevolent system of warped morals and anti-human
philosophy. They are the snake in the Garden of Eden holding out the
apple as a seductive illusion of power granted to those who are foolish
enough to believe their “Enlightened” thinking.
The ACLU,as well
as other agenda driven organizations, and their theology of Secular
Humanism, Multiculturalism, and Moral Relativism is attempting to gain
power through the reversal of human norms, natural law, and the social
institutions that are so necessary for the continuance of mankind and
our Republican form of government.
In his book the, “The Everlasting Man,” G.K. Chesterton
described
this reversal process as the “theology of demons” and said that it was
sadistically anti-human and anti-childhood. It is intrinsically evil.
It is a malignancy-filled system of philosophy posturing as something
seemingly inocuous in order to infect Christendom and Christianity in
the United States.
The ACLU is a major carrier of this
infectious disease as they mount attacks on each and every aspect of
religious and individual expression in our daily lives. They seek to
enslave not to defend our freedoms.
Social justice agendas were
launched in the name of civil rights and other rights that exist only
in the minds of nine unelected justices of the Supreme Court and with
the sole purpose of creating in America a cultural revolution in which
God no longer dominates the moral horizon, and personal autonomy and
individual choice become the twin pillars of a debased moral view.
The
Bill of Rights mean nothing to the American people unless they are
strengthened and maintained by the Constitutional principle of Checks
and Balances and the Separation of Powers between the three branches of
government. The Executive branch, the Legislative branch, and the
Judicial branch. They are meant to balance out in order to prevent any
one branch from attaining supremacy.
However, since the 1920’s
with the help of people like the ACLU, the balance has shifted to an
elitist Court that sees the Constitution as a ”Living Organism” that
can be changed or interpreted to say what ever they want it to say.
This
is the real danger of the ACLU. Their aim is to destroy the Bill of
Rights along with the Constitution of the United States. The ACLU is
intrinsically evil.
There are many little known facts about the ACLU of which
most
people are not aware. There is a little known 1976 federal law called
the Civil Rights Attorney’s Fees Awards Act which allows the ACLU to
collect attorney’s fees for its suits against the Ten Commandments and
all of the crosses it can find through out this land. Kentucky
taxpayers paid $121,500 to the ACLU for their action against the Ten
Commandments displayed in two county courthouses. Tennessee paid
$50,000 and Alabama paid $540,000. The ACLU profited plus $160,000 in
court costs from their suit against the Boy Scouts of America. This is
not a list of good works. There are bills in Congress, such as the
Public Expression of Religion Act of 2005 (H.R.2679) to deny attorney
fees in a civil action against a state or local official to the ACLU.
This would effectively cut off taxpayer support of the ACLU.
The
very fact that the Founding Fathers belief in a Supreme Being and the
Constitution that they gave to us is based on Christian tradition and
values is the very reason that all other religions are protected. The
ACLU has an agenda and it has nothing to do with civil rights. They are
using the courts and the judicial activism of the courts to write law
by fiat.
Congress, as the elected representatives of the people,
must reclaim there role in the balance of power struggle with the
Judicial branch. The wisdom of the Founding Fathers was most evident
when they created the separation of powers with the three branches of
government. The Constitution defines the specific the powers of each
branch. No one branch is greater than the other two and Congress must
act soon to bring balance to the system once again. The Republic, its
rule by law and reliance on principles that do not change, is not a
cause but an effect of our national character. The ACLU’s agenda is to
destroy our national character.
